Train Smarter with

SCULPT

A music-led, full-body workout designed to strengthen, tone and challenge.

 

Using light weights, bodyweight and resistance, we move through controlled sequences, pulses and holds to build deep muscle strength and endurance.

STRENGTH

This session focuses on strengthening and toning exercises to make you stronger, fitter and leaner. 

 

Learn the correct technique for lifting weights to help fast track you to your goals and performance.

FUNCTIONAL

A full body 'high intensity functional training' (circuits) class, designed to maximise results using timed intervals body weight exercises and resistance equipment.

Expect to burn fat, improve speed & strength and leave energised.

BOXING

A fast-paced class, combining boxing sequences body weight drills and resistance exercises to push you to your limits.

Our Team

Alison Abel
Founder & Head Coach

Alison's mission is simple: to help people who may have lost their confidence, motivation, self-worth – even happiness, whether that’s through motherhood, menopause or another life event. "For me, exercise is a way of life and I’m incredibly fortunate to have a job that I love, working with fantastic clients and instructors from our studio in Tunbridge Wells. I’m now in the fortunate position to share my passion with other people: to help them get fit, feel strong and confident - to be their best selves. Exercise is, quite simply, the best thing to help manage your mental health – it brings such positivity, it should be on prescription! I can’t tell you how much joy I get from seeing people take on board what I say and start to see the results they never imagined would be possible. There is no quick, overnight fix -it’s all about taking that first step, however nervous you might feel. That’s why I’ve built ABEL Collective: an inclusive, welcoming and nurturing community of like-minded women (and men!) No judging, just heaps of support, encouragement and a desire to be strong, confident and healthy.

Nathalie is passionate about helping people build strength for life through functional training, focusing on form and technique. She understands the transformative impact of building muscle and gaining strength. Nathalie's aim is to help people to reach their own strength and fitness goals through regular and consistent training, using her supportive, motivational and fun coaching style.

These small group classes have changed my life. Alison is incredible and the people could not be more friendly and supportive of each other. I have lost around 10lbs and almost 20 cm in around 8 weeks. It’s fun and it makes you feel amazing!
